Valorant practices 3 days a week which include VOD review, map breakdowns, and scrims, lasting roughly 2-3 hours. during these practices we focus on both macro and micro play. This could include how to improve current team play of map, individual improvement, or adapt to new meta. As leagues and tournaments start, practices become more focused on the next upcoming matches and how to dominate our opponents.
