Call of Duty is the world’s best-selling combat video game franchise. Beginning with its first entry in 2003, most Call of Duty games are first-person shooters that allow players to immerse themselves as soldiers in wartime scenarios. While games like CoD are extremely controversial in higher education and K-12 they signify an opportunity to meet students where they are at already. Leveraging good community standards and positive gameplay mentalities eases the ideals of further mainstream support for more opportunities. Currently at this time there are zero Power 5/Division 1 universities with endorsed and funded CoD developments by the universities themselves. We aim to contribute changing that fact.

Team Focus
This team’s schedule consists of 2 scrims, 2-3 hours of VoD reviews and 1 weekly tournament match a week. In between all that we play for fun too! We get together as a community at least once a month for team activities like Nerf Wars and BBQs to build our trust with each other and to promote community. We emphasize playing as a team being stronger than playing alone. With the change in game every year it is important to know how your teammates move and react so that you can hit the newest game running.
