OU Esports Hosts Rocket League Watch Party on October 30

OU Esports will be hosting the next OU Esports Watch Party Series at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 30. The match that will be streamed is OU Rocket League versus University of Alabama that was on September 28 for Southeastern Esports League.

The match was one of the best according to Corban “Bano” Tillison, captain of OU Rocket League. Tillison said that there are some really intense moments.

“There are plenty of flashy goals, though there are some moments where things get really intense in front of the goal,” Tillison said.

Tillison said the team’s strength is pressure, and will continue to improve on their consistency.

“A strength of ours is the amount of pressure that we can put on a team on the offensive end,” Tillison said. “Our weakness is the consistency of that pressure.”

This will be an exciting match to watch for OU fans, as the entire team played well.

“Overall the team played well,” Tillison said. “Everyone played their part as you can see if you watch the games.”

The watch party will be held in the Cross A Black Box Theater on October 30 from 2:00- 3:30 p.m. and will feature live commentary.
